No experience with the construction side of this business, but as a property management company. I lived in a building off Main, the fire extinguishers were expired by 10 years and were not updated during my tenancy there. The rat problem is fairly rampant in the area as well. As far as timely addressed issues, nonexistent. Don't expect to get your deposit back either. If I could give negative stars I would.
