Friendly and helpful office staff. The dentist made every effort to make me comfortable, told me something about himself as a person, gave me a thorough examination, explained options for future dental work, and in general made me feel at ease. He even corrected a minor problem my previous dentist couldn't. A thoroughly pleasant experience.
Staff is always courteous and caring. Dr. Bacciellieri has developed an excellent organziation based on quality and service.
