I felt really good about my dental technician's (Cathy) performance today - she took her time and did not miss a step. She was very thorough and gentle. I would definitely recommend her. Also, I have always liked Dr. Della Croce - he does a good job explaining any potential problems and is a very pleasant, nice man. Also, the office staff is very efficient and helpful. I hate going to the dentist. And my dentist knows this, but he makes my experience the best possible for me - I appreciate that. No one understands my fear of him like he does. That goes a long way. He does not dismiss my fears, but distracts me by engaging me in a one-sided conversation that he is sooo good at. I appreciate him so much :)
The customer service from check-in to check-out was friendly and professional and very thorough. You all make going to the dentist a positive experience for my children! They never once have complained about going to the dentist.

Once again, Baccellieri Family Dentistry delivers. The staff is so professional and the results are amazing. I've been to 25+ dentists in my life, this is BY FAR my favorite dentist office in the USA.
I was made very comfortable and as a whole it was a pleasant experience. I have not been this pleased with my dental work in the past done elsewhere. I would recommend Dr Baccellieri to anyone looking for a good dentist.
