Had an excellent visit. Hygienist was very knowledgeable and skilled and took the time to explain what she was doing and why. She also provided guidance about home care and made me feel very much at ease. The doctor also had excellent people skills, gave me a very thorough examination, fully explained what he saw, and let me know what might be needed in terms of additional dental care in the future.
They are so good with kids!

Dr. Carl fit me in to his busy schedule, outlined my problem (a crown had come off) with clarity and expertise, and referred me on to a doctor who will help find a solution. He called the other doctor personally for me. I felt like a member of the family. Well done.

Carl Bacciellieri is the most thorough, patient, and compassionate dentist I have had in 40+ years and four states. My earliest experience was having him correct a crown that another dentist had done, and he continues to serve my dental needs with care and precision. His staff is friendly and helpful, and they go the extra mile to care for her patients.
I went for my 6 month cleaning today. I had Heather who was very thorough, explained to me everything she was doing an wanted to make sure I was comfortable at all times. My next appointment is scheduled with her, if she was running behind, I'd wait for her! She was excellent and her knowledge and expertise and bedside manners were incredible. The staff when I check in and out is also wonderful, personable, and very helpful. The same goes for Dr. Baccilieri Jr who calms my nerves!
Even the Butcher and Cafe Shop loves you. Good neighbors! I purchased the toothpaste you suggested. We will see how that works in August.
