My experience with my recent cleaning was outstanding. She was extremely thorough, and one of the best at her job. She was unusually knowledgeable when discussing other aspects of my overall health. Now this is saying something about a dental visit, but I actually enjoyed the cleaning, because of her manner.
Coming from someone who once worked for a dentist, this one is tops in my book.
My experience on my visit was exceptional. Megan scheduled me for 7:30am for a bottom tooth hurting. My upper teeth were hurting which I previously had not stated. I received an x-ray and was confirmed that the nerve was dying and I was referred to Endodontics which had done my previous root canal. I called the endodontist and they saw me as they had a cancellation at 11am. They confirmed everything Dr. Carl Baccilieri Jr told me and I had the root canal done. I was seen by Neil the day after I chipped a front tooth. He fixed it very quickly. No pain. Looks good. Feels comfortable.
Had an emergency fix needed. Called the after hours line and showed up in the morning. Waited only a few minutes and they took care of my issue. Staff was very helpful and Dr. Neil put my fears to rest and was so kind and helpful. He knew I was nervous and his assistance had very nice bed side manners. Thanks for taking care of my need and being so patient and responsive.
Love this practice and love Dr. Neil! Emma's hygentist was nice, but didn't see as kid friendly as my son's hygenist. She didn't do anything wrong, just felt like she probably wasn't the best match for a 3 year old. Would love to have the hygentist that did my son, Billy's exam - we had to go in there and she seemed to cater more to the little kid personality.
