As usual, attentive service and care that makes you feel that you are a valued client. I am delighted that this tradition/practice has continued since C Baccelieri senior left the practice to his son.
I look forward to my quarterly cleanings with Melissa is excellent in every way. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Dr. Carl, Jr., easily explains procedures and has excellent patient communication. It's a nice place to visit and while you are there you can get your teeth serviced :-)
Lizzy and Dr Carl listened to my complaint that a particular tooth was sensitive to intakes of breath particularly early in the morning. After testing the bite in that area, he concluded that my bite was off kilter in that area and had probably stretched a tendon thereby overly sensitizing the tendon. He filed down two teeth to alleviate the pressure, and after 72 hours, this approach seems to have solved the problem. He listened well, diagnosed the problem correctly and took the least invasive path. Thank you.
I love Dr. Baccellieri and have referred many friends to this family friendly practice. My husband and I go there as well as all 3 of our children. Extremely happy here!
Melissa was excellent in cleaning up staining on Flynn's lower teeth due to orthodontic lip bumper appliance and possible mineral in our water. Also removed some orthodontic cement from upper teeth. Confirmed that Flynn's tooth surface was a bit rougher and more porous and thus the greater chance of staining. Dr. Neill came in and did a thorough exam and showed me which teeth were lose. Dr. Carl is a compassionate, caring person who is also a very skilled dentist. The office environment is friendly, yet professional. We have been patients there for many years and continue to be highly satisfied!
