No one likes going to the dentist, but every experience I've had with this group has tremendously lessened my dislike. From the moment you walk in the door, you're greeted with a very amiable and smiling front desk, the hygienists are so personable, gentle, and always concerned with your comfort. I suffer from both vertigo and claustrophobia, the staff is aware of it, and they go to great lengths to make sure that I'm "hanging in there" or if I need a break. I was a walk-in patient and the doctor and office personnel were great.
Dr. Carl got right to the root of my problem. I had an infection in my lower left gum. Dr. Carl wasted no time in treating the problem..aggressively. In addition I explained to the doctor that oral cancer ran in my family. He immediately check my mouth for any signs. I didn't ask him to do that...he just did it. What a relief, he didn't find anything Thank you Dr. Carl
I appreciate everything I experience at Baccillieri Family Dentistry. Everyone is very friendly, warm, and welcoming. The dental hygeneist even helped me with taking my necklace off and putting it back on. After reveiewing my medical and dental history, she was thorough in cleaning my teeth.
