They are always very polite and professional. Very pleasant to deal with and always get everything I need done. They always haul off the trash and clean up after themselves. I am always very confident when I call them they are going to do a great job and give me my options and the advice I need. Would highly recommend them.
Very easy to work with and very attentive to the needs of their customers
I've used Eck Services for a plumbing leak and to help detect and repair a gas leak. Both instances they were prompt, friendly, and fair. I highly recommend.
I had an appointment on Monday June 29 at 4 pm to fix a toilet flange so i took off work an hour early to meet the plumber, no one showed. I was not very happy being stood up. They called a little after 4 pm to schedule again, so i met the plumber the next day. He replaced my flange and did a great job. From the time he showed up until he gave me my bill it was exactly an hour. The bill was around $190. I thought that was very high for only 1 hour worth of work. Hi Luke, Thanks for the feedback on your experience. I am sorry it was less than satisfactory, but hopefully, I can shed some light on a couple of things you mentioned, and in the end, make it right. You called in for some repairs another plumber made, but you weren't happy with. We did try and work you in as soon as we could and scheduled the job for a Monday afternoon.
