I disputed a bill this morning with Todd the Plumbing Manager in Pratt, KS. When we finished our negotiation he told me he never wanted me to call Eck Plumbing again and they would never do anymore work for me. Eck's plumbing team did a foolish thing while servicing a sanitation system and they wanted to place the blame on me with four hours of charges that were not essential. Consequently I received Todd's nasty way of doing business.

You originally called us because the main drain was backing up in this house that you just purchased. You wanted us to suck the septic tank out but did not know where the tank was located. You said a guy named Mike would be there to show us where it's located. We dispatched our septic pumping truck but Mike didn't know where tank was either. A very quick response to a frozen water line. Wade was a very qualified technician who called and arrived when he said he would! He was very efficient in his work, quickly assessed the problem and secured the water leak, and returned when he said he would and efficiently completed the work. I highly recommend Eck to anyone! We are repeat customers.

It was cold and our heater was not working properly. We called Eck Service and the repairman was at out home as soon as he could. He repaired out furnace . He was very friendly and we greatly appreciate that he came quickly. Would definitely refer our friends to Eck Service.
