since my list of improvements for this company would be too long my recommendation for this company would be to shut down. GK houses is the worst company I have ever rented from or worked with. It took over two months to receive our security deposit back, they never answer their phone or emails, you get about 6 different answers from each person you talk to and none of them are correct, they made every single thing extremely difficult, they do not care about their renters or their owners, I could go on. Don't give them your money they don't have a phone number to call if there is a problem. But they going to take your $50 app fee. I was told by email I got a bad reference but my current complex denies even talking to these people. So they are straight up lying and keeping my money.
No. No. AND NO!!! All these horrible reviews that you see on this page are absolutely FACTUAL. I wish that myself and my roommates had taken all these terrible things about this company into consideration before we signed a lease with them.
