Good communication and overall a good exeperience
I've lived at an apartment managed by Echo Summit for three years and it has been a NIGHTMARE. We've been living in one of their properties since April 2016, with $1950/month rent ALWAYS paid on time. Now my paycheck direct deposits a day late, I get an NSF and they RUSH to slap me with nearly $300 in extra "fees"!?!? We'll be taking them a $2235 money order on Monday -- and then we'll be looking for a NEW place to live! These money-grubbing bastards can CHOKE on their "fees"!!!
