I have used them for some time to rent out one of my properties, but am still disappointed. I can say they have improved vastly from the beginning, and their communication has finally picked up after months of not hearing from them. However I would still not recommend them. If you do decide to use them, ask for Shelby or Megan. They seem to be the only ones who are competent at their jobs and they won’t give you any attitude.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to rent from GK Houses ever in life you’ll come out better staying in an extended stay motel than being in business with them. Communication sucks tremendously!!! They don't keep the houses up to code, don't communicate well, and don't follow up on maintenance requests. I wouldn't ever rent from this company again & will be sure to discourage others from renting.
I cannot believe how horrible this company is. They bought the company that previously managed the house I rent and it's been horrible. I can't say enough bad about their complete lack of communication, maintenance repairs, or keeping the house up to codes. I am thinking they need to be reported, asap
Do not ever rent from GK houses. When we moved into our house last summer, none of the utilities were turned on. Since it was the summer we weren't in a rush to turn the gas on, but after a couple months we contacted the gas company and they said we needed to get someone to first inspect the gas line. There were holes found in the gas line and some kind of pipe missing. This company reported false charges to my credit bureau. DO NOT rent from this company. I'm having to fight things on my credit with emails from them stating I don't owe the money and trying to get me to lease another property from them after the owner of my house died. They tried to blackmail his widow, but she had an attorney; I did not, so they stuck fraudulent charges on me after asking me to remain renting from them.
