I love the fact that this is a high end butcher shop/bar and up stairs an upscale restaurant where they address you by your last name Even the busboy the chef and the 2 servers all remembered and said my last name correctly. You definitely get what you pay for here.

Came to meet some friends for brunch, and was pleasantly very surprised. The food was so delicious! Try the Portobello mushroom fries and the avocado toast, for starters. The hosts and servers were top notch. Began by accommodating such a large group of my friends by the main entrance upstairs so accessability was very spacious, and brought out a seperate table closeby for my bf and me. A local friend suggested this place for our visit to Vegas and it was terrific. The manager made a point of coming over to talk to us as he was told we were tourist— I guess they don’t get many. He told us it was their goal that we have an exceptional evening. I have heard this many times and usually it is not the case. Not this evening. They nailed it! The service was prompt and helpful. We loved our steaks and particularly the lemon chimichurri. Echo is worth the trip off the strip.
