Been here for going on 3 years now. Maintenance is totally lacking at this place. The Maintenance mgr is very unprofessional when speaking to the residents. He always has an excuse when something needs to be done. We wait weeks for the smallest repairs. My 2day backed up kitchen sink has to wait another 2 days for him to take 5 minutes to plunge it. I'll buy a plunger and start looking for another place to live.
I wouldnt even give this shit hole 1 star but it made me. First off maintenance is absolutely terrible. Instead of fixing things, they spend their time putting flyers in everyones door about how their vehicle will be towed if they back into the parking spots. My ac has been leaking for at least a month now and to this day I am emptying 1 or 2 buckets of water a day. They even came and put in a new thermostat but couldnt at least check out the leak? Poor maintenance...poor management and full of mold...
I have lived here 5years, loved it when I came, now it has gone downhill so much, not going to resign when time comes.
