RecommendedDefinitely reasonable service. I have two Pitties and the oldest has chronic ear infections. She is the best patient, loves coming here and her excitement level is always at a playful 💯. I travel from the South side of Los Angeles. Most importantly the Staff is amazing 💖🐾🐾
What is the point of having late hours if this place refuses you service? Receptionist didn't even bother to ask what was wrong or at least refer me to some other place. She was worried to get off on time, so she can go home at 10pm. Professionalism is the key to great customer service and this place has lost its professionalism and love for the animals . So sad that now I need to find a better place that still cares for the animals. 10 years out the door. ��

I had an extremely terrible experience with Dr. Jorge Barrera. I don't think this place is worth any of the stars. He yelled at me and accused me of mistreating my dog in the lobby in front of everybody, just because I didn't want to inject any drugs in my 9-month-old puppy. I told him I don't believe in injections and I don't even get injections for myself. He said that was you, you could do whatever you want, but not for the dog. What does that even mean?
