I love the Echo. I can park my big truck and trailer there. The only thing is you can't swivel tv mounted on the wall.
Went for the Easter buffet- plenty of food. The Roast Beef, Ham, and Turkey were all very good! The sides were plain- nothing fancy(white rolls, dressing, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, but all ok. The salad bar was boring. Desserts were not worth a second bite. Coffee was good and the staff was pleasant. Over priced a bit for the type of buffet, but enjoyed lunch with family and may give them another try sometime.
Tasted like some decent cafeteria food other than that what do you expect from a hotel....
