Always love going to the Echo Hotel for their delicious holiday meal.
I had never been to this place before regardless of my being born and raised in the RGV but I was amazed by it and would love to go have lunch there at least once, their breakfast was awesome and the lunch buffet looked so delish.
This is an old Motel located in Edinburg Texas. Rooms have been updated and are very comfortable. Motel allows pets and has a giant Courtyard. They also have a restaurant that is open three meals a day most of the year and two times a year the rest. Their guests also receives a 99-cent breakfast every day that they're there. Great staff

Joe Nunez at front desk very friendly & accommodating Travel agency lady not so much a warm personality, cold & blunt room was clean , bed very comfy. Breakfast was good.
40 years ago I celebrated my honeymoon there. Still an awesome place.
