I go workout with my cousin who lives here because of the great gym. Even though I don't live there the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I have mixed reviews about the apartment complex but over all it has been good to me. I have been in this complex for the past 13 months and a lot of the problems that I see are the tenants and not Echo. It is only so many things the complex can do. Individuals need to start taken responsibility for their own actions. It is a very nice complex for the money. JP

Don't rent apartment 340. The entire apartment will shake anytime someone is running on the treadmill (which happens at 5am most days during the work week). It will wake you up. Also, it took over 2 months for them to fix water leaking into my apartment. The staff is friendly, but that's really the only thing this place has going for them.
Tried to post a video of our ceiling leaking. I guess Echo doesn't allow the public to post on their page (smart damage control by them). Pretty sure this ceiling leak is a common problem in this whole complex. Keep in mind this place is brand new and most of us are the first tenants in each unit. Modern looking apartments made with K-mart quality construction. Stay away, you've been warned!
