Customer service - listening to the people who live there and treating them like people who deserve respect. Not blatantly interrupting and being rude would improve as well. I've never felt so disrespected before having the workers there treat me the way they did. They never owned up to any mistreatment or apologize once it was clear they were making their young female residents feel taken advantage of. There was a sheer lack of professionalism as well, especially in their emails.
My husband and I went through a temporary separation where he chose to reside at Echo apartments. Unfortunately my husband succumbed to his addictions and passed away in his apartment. The Manager, Bill Burk, showed no compassion and refused to let myself and his grieving parents into the unit to clear out his belongings. He could not even tell us the form required to gain access and just advised us to get a court order to enter the unit. This week a sweet lady on my floor was assaulted by a masked intruder. She was beaten and traumatized and had her computer stolen. This morning I came home to an SUV on blocks missing all four tires in the parking garage. This afternoon there were 2 screaming kids poolside creating enough racket for a bus load of children. Don't do it. Do not lease here. It's relatively cheap for a reason. I could go on and on about this place. Vanessa is really nice. However the apartment just sucks in general. The elevators are always broken, smells like pee, not to mention my sliding doors leaked EVERY TIME it rained for about 6 MONTHS! I've lived at many apartments before and NEVER had the issues I've had here. Just trust me when I say DON'T LEASE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
