Time for you to get rid of that property management company and team. I can't believe this apartment building Vernazza in Kissimmee was only built in 2018 and you have run the building down to nothing since you took over ownership. No cleaning, maintenance is terrible, roach infestations, walls are nasty, carpets are nasty, building vents in the apartments and hallways have mold from no duct cleaning. It is absolutely terrible.
