Terrible bedside manner. Very disrespectful towards mothers but not fathers. Doesn't want to listen to your concerns even after it is proven you were right. Does not like to give referrals that are needed.
Rudest and least helpful staff I've ever experienced. If you ask the wrong question or make Dr. Kuma feel you question him, he has a temper tantrum and tells you to change doctors. Acts the same if your insurance company wants him to fill out a form or authorize something he prescribes. If he thinks he is being inconvenienced, he refuses to do it with no regards to the needs of his patient.
