lies – When I moved in I did not think the price was too high. My partner and I were paying $2,475 for a two-bedroom apartment, a parking spot, and dog rent for our two dogs. It's an old art deco apartment building, and that was the charm for me, but be warned -- they raised my rent $101 per month after the first year. This was after telling me that rents were usually raised only $20-$50/month when I signed up for the apartment.
