the most ideal location to live with a family specially if you have kids..Eaves seal beach has everything for everyone. very much walkable to the play ground, library, recreation activities, grocery and the world's most beautiful beach ....The maintenance is instant and professional. Neighbors are loving and welcoming and helpful.
Terrible management, never return phone calls when they said they would. Water was constantly turned off, almost daily for two months. No hot water on several days. Construction for months, noisy, dusty. Pool and jacuzzi closed for months. They will Nickel and dime you on everything. The maintenance guys were the only nice employees.
Die Anlage ist sehr schön die Zimmer könnten eine aufhübschung gebrauchen Wir haben ein kleines Studio was ganz schön ist die Kücke ist gut ausgerüstet bis auf den Herd der ist eine Katastrophe Das Studio hat einen schönen Balkon leider zum Pool wo man den ganzen Tag Entertainment hat und keine Ruhe von morgens bis abends ein anderes Studio war leider nicht verfügbar und das für 3 Wochen Der Pool Bereich an sich sehr schön und gepflegt sowie die ganze Anlage
