Office and maintenance staff is very efficient and helpful. Neighbors are friendly. I love my apartment and all of its storage space.
The maintenance staff is very helpful. We had a recent service request that was handled by Fernando. Even though it was not an urgent issue, Fernando came to fix it the same day I made the request. He was very professional - he confirmed the issue when he arrived, looked at the affected area, and resolved it quickly. He was friendly and encouraged me to seek help even for these small things because he understands how even a small thing can impair a customer's experience. Fernando get's 5 stars from me!
So far, I'm loving this place. Obviously, with COVID-19 these are strange times, and the awesome amenities are temporarily closed, but overall this community is great. The apartment and common areas are nice, updated, and clean. Not to mention that the location is killer! One really nice thing has been the staff here. Nicholas and Nicole were both incredibly helpful, professional, and pleasant with the processes to select an apartment, and to move-in. I was probably much more needy than most, and they were amazing.

Nicole Velazquez has been the reason moving was so easy. She helped me the whole way through and was always very clear, thorough, and professional with each interaction. She goes above and beyond even when I’m asking minor questions she’s quick to respond. Any company would be lucky to have someone like her on their team. She really helped me transition and feel at home. I hope to stay here and work with her for quite some time.
Great move in experience. Clean complex close to restaurants and the beach.
So disappointed we moved to the eaves. Management lied to us when we moved in. Many illegal things occurred during the construction. We still have not received our deposit back (which again is illegal). This is not a family place. They replaced the kids park with a dog park. And to top it off it use to be chemical plant in the ‘50’s. I do not recommend anyone move to this location.
