The Eaves Pleasanton I am a current resident at the Eaves Pleasanton. The kitchens and bathrooms at the Eaves have been nicely renovated. The maintenance department is very quick to get any repairs needed completed in a timely manner. The carpeting in the apartment is old and in need of replacement, it's impossible to keep clean. The property in general is o.k. but is starting to decay as the paint in many areas is pealing and the lattice work throughout the complex is in need of replacement in many areas.
