EasyFinancial has been one of the most useless companies I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is a complete joke, when you ask a representative for something as basic as a printout, you’re told her computer “isn’t connected to the printer,” as if that’s a reasonable excuse for a financial institution. Go anywhere else. They threatened to garnish my wages after my payment bounced the first time without my knowledge, emailed with Anjela who said she would waive the first late fee of 50 dollars so i paid what i did owe. Cool. Every day since someone else has emailed me ramping up to today emailing me telling me my account is now delinquent because of the 50 dollars and no one will respond to any of my emails that I have been sending explaining the situation but they sure do keep sending me emails asking for 50.00!
