I was having an issue with my AC Service. Jack was able to diagnose my system in just minutes. He was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He is the only person I trust to handle any future maintenance or repair issues. He definitely has a customer for life!!!!!

One night my AC went out. When I woke up (7am) I called American Home Shield (a home warranty company) to request a service call. They selected C&S AC Services and said they would call me to schedule an appointment within the next few days. That same day (10a) Cody Griffith of C&S was ringing my door bell! They quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed blower motor capacitor that had stopped the blower from working and freezing the unit. They quickly replaced the capacitor and got the AC working again. We have had servicing by C&S for the past 5 years and have consistently been pleased with their responsive, timeliness in scheduling, their great updates by phone on appointments, and their experienced technicians who keep our business cool and comfortable.
