My a/c has had issues twice in the last year :( Both times it was later in the evening and they came out right away. Thank goodness I can rely on Mike and his staff to get me back up and running. Rich always does a thorough job and explains exactly what is going on. I'm glad I know I can count on C&S for all my a/c needs...these guys are the best!

Over the past few years, I've had the opportunity to work with several of the techs at C&S A/C Services for installation of new systems on two of my rental properties, and fixes for some of the others. They are always quick to fix any issues I throw there way, which has helped keep my tenants happy and rental checks flowing.
