I visited Equity Real Estate South Florida — their unprofessional agent behavior and poor client communication were completely unacceptable. My agent was consistently unprepared for showings, often forgetting key details about the properties we were visiting. When I had critical questions about the contract, it took over a week to get a clear answer, leaving me in a state of unnecessary stress. For a transaction of this magnitude, this lack of basic professionalism and timely communication is shocking.
