Eastwood Medical needs to fire their receptionist, she is extremely rude and has a horrendous attitude. Find someone who actually wants to work there. Unacceptable.
RUDE RECEPTIONIST AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. I HAND DELIVERED A FORM NINE BUSINESS DAYS AGO AND I AM SITTING AT OFFICE BEING TREATED VERY RUDELY BECAUSE THE FORM IS STILL SITTING ON DR. GIBSON DESK UNTOUCHED. ONE WOMAN CAME OUT SAYING I WAS CUSSING BUT NO ONE IN THE LOBBY HEARD ME SAY ONE CUSSWORD NOR DID THE INSURANCE COMPANY I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH REPORTING A GRIEVANCE REPORT FOR THE UNPROFESSIONALISM. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!
