Good experince during house buying process.
If I could give no stars a I would. This is a warning for anyone who has already built with or will with Eastwood. Recommend never building with this company. House is only 7 years old and we recently noticed second floor water damage. Had a professional roofing company out and they found Eastwood left off several feet of flashing that allowed water to infiltrate.
