SPA BIRTHDAY PARTY – On Saturday i went to my girlfriends birthday party at Eatside Oasis and we had a great time. We all got together at different times during our visit and also had some fruit and cheese refreshment that came with the services. I loved my masseuse and pedicurist, Wendy and Juanita. There were 5 of us and we all did different stuff but everyone had a nice relaxing time together w/o the cake calories!!
I LOVE THE WAXING AT THE OASIS – I tried the Brazilian waxing at Eastside Oasis around 8 months ago. I am still going back and have all my waxing done by Sharon. She is the best! Very gentle, thorough and professional. The Spa itself is a boutique type of a establishment, not high toned or glitzy, just nice and friendly, my kind of place. Try her, you'll like her work.
So Relaxing – One of my girlfriends told me about this spa months ago and I finally went. I had such a relaxing time. I went for a 2 hour package with ginger mango scrub, peppermint scalp massage and massage. It was just heavenly and the price was super (only $80). While I was there I also had my legs (and lip -but don't tell anyone) waxed and will be going back again before my summer trip. :)
My Waxing Experience – I recently went to Eastside Oasis Day Spa on the recommendation of one of my co-workers--I had a Brazilian--Eye brow--lip--chin wax procedure done by SHARON--- she is very professional and gentle--I was very pleased with all the procedures as they were perfectly done and I have has this done before at other spa's--- I do tell my friends about the great care and concern I received at the Eastside Oasis Day Spa--Ask for Sharon she is great---
Some people like this place? – Maybe it is better for massages . . . but I went for a wax recently and HATED it. I made an appointment recently because I didn't have the time to go to my usual spot - and I will never go back. The atmosphere is totally unappealing and the wax was the worst I've ever had. Not only did it take way longer then necessary but half the hair is still there! It looks awful . . . I would NOT recommend this place for waxes.
Specialty: Foot & Leg Therapy For Diabetics – I have been getting a massage for my feet and legs for over a year now. My doctor rec it due to my diabetes. I have been seeing Mitra since she is licensed as a pedicurist and massage therapist. She works on my feet and legs for 1 1/2 hrs each time. I get a great massage and also have my callouses and toenails done. Mitra has taken me thru some helpful foot and ankle exercises as well. sharon is an absolute doll – i like the previous reviewer was not able to get in to my regular spa to have my eyebrows tinted and waxed. so i gave eastside oasis a try. now i have to say that i am VERY particular about my eyebrows... sharon tinted and waxed my eyebrows perfectly! she really makes an effort to communicate with you about how you want your eyebrows to look. i HIGHLY recommend her, and will be going to her from now on!
