We contacted Eastside Exterminators because of a mouse problem we were having in our home and garage. They came out and inspected our home to pictures of all the work that needed to be done and said to do all the exclusion work it would be $1688. They also suggested a service contract as they would not warranty the work to get rid of the mice unless we had a service contract. We hired Eastside Exterminators because of rodent activity in our attic that was impacting our sleep. They talked us into spending $2500 for "exclusion work". Within less than 30 days after they did the work, we found a rodent inside the house and they sent someone back out to put more traps in the attic and left. Another 30 days or so later, the rodents are back in the attic crawling and scratching the walls and making all kinds of noises. Eastside did a very poor job on the work they were hired to do. They were hired to resolve a rodent issue and upon re-inspection from two independent inspectors issues/concerns were noted with the work. I reached out to Eastside to see if they would come and correct the noted issue and they refused. I have since hired another company to come and correct the work.

We hired Eastside Exterminators because we saw a rat in the back yard. They talked us into spending $1000 to block any places that any animals could get into any part of the house, despite there being no evidence that rats were in the house. They also talked us into a trap service to catch any rats, which did not catch a single rat. Previously a squirrel had gotten into our attic, so they blocked access to the attic. I was very impressed by the great customer service I received. We use Eastside for regular pest control, so they come out every 2 months and keep our home free of spiders, wasps and other stinging bugs, ants (which can be a challenge!) and more. We started hearing some scratching in the wall, so we called Eastside. They sent a Rodent Inspector out and he spent nearly 3 hours carefully examining our house. We would certainly recommend Eastside Exterminators for any rodent work! We own a rental property in Kirkland, and our tenants heard something scratching and squeaking in the ceiling. We Googled exterminator services and called Eastside because it showed that they have an A+ BBB rating, and they have nearly 5 stars on Google Reviews with hundreds of reviews posted. Birds entered our attic through the vent holes under the eaves of the roof. We contracted Eastside Exterminators in July 2018 to put covers over all of the openings. Their procedure consists of stapling strips of screen over the holes. The inspector and installer both assured us this was an effective method for keeping birds out and they expected this would last for years. I need it an estimate to remove possible rodents and instead I got insane estimates for house construction and the worst this guys disconnected one of the heating vents so we couldn’t sleep that night with a horrible smell and freezing cold. Being scared of getting a virus breathing all crawl space air which had a lot of rodent droppings. I also lost 4 hours of work and the bill from other contractor to connect back the duct.

Mark from Eastside Exterminators is fantastic! He has kept my home pest free for over a year....we haven't seen a spider in the longest time! I would highly recommend their bi-monthly program. It's worth the it! Especially the peace of mind!!
