The possible extermination experience I could have asked for. Walt was highly knowledgeable, courteous, and timely. He guided me in identifying the source of the carpet beetle problem, treated the area, and told me what to watch for until the next treatment. In between treatments he was readily reachable over the phone to answer questions and discuss what I was seeing.

Thank you Andrew and Dana. Andrew has provided knowledgeable and courteous service to our home the past few months. Andrew is very familiar with the activity around or home, and does an excellent job of keeping the critters out. During each visit I receive an update on the activity in each station. My invoice shows in detail what was provided during each visit. Dana completed an attic, home, and crawl space inspection during our last service. 3/15/21 Eastside Exterminators has taken care of my rodent & insect control for a few years. Alex has been the on site technician most of that time and I find him outstanding. He is very efficient and knows his product and job. He answers my questions clearly and efficiently. He is very knowledgeable and is not someone just working for a pay check. He looks around, asks questions, and really strives to do the a thorough job every time he services my house and yard.

Eastside Exterminators is a family owned business with a great sense of customer service! Jack has been our primary technician over the last couple of years. Initially, we called them in for a brazen entry through the dryer duct! Yuck! An inspection, services rendered appropriately and we were free of the rodent intrusion! So thankful.

I have a gentleman named Brad who services my black boxes around my house. I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly while he is performing his job. I would highly recommend his services since he is affiliated with Eastside Exterminators.
