Very good customer service. Our technician Mark C**** is very knowledgeable and very friendly.
Great, friendly service! Quick too!!!! We had them spray mostly for spiders and Joshua our tech was very thorough.
East side was called and informed of the failure of their 3 in cement pad. Over the course of several weeks Eastside sent various employees to the house to inspect damage and their own employee found that the 3 inch cement pad we paid for was so thin in places the Eastside employee could stick his finger through the pad and hit the black layer of plastic placed on the ground prior to pouring the 3 inch pad in crawlspace. The cement pad was not 3 inch we paid $23,000 for but more like 3 millimeters.
