Too much slow down you are very annoying please
Purchased a sawzall from them, took it out of box and put on shelf in shop. @ 3 months later went to use it for the first time and the blade holder wouldn’t work. Called and told them about it but mentioned it had been a while since i bought it and didn’t have any original packaging. The lady (Kelly), told me no worries, we’ll just send a new one out to you tomorrow. A+
