While I do recommend Eastwood and love their products, You would think that they could figure out shipping and order processing in a timely manner. 4-8 days for processing is pretty extreme when you can acquire many of the same type items, next day through "modern" shopping sites. Eastwood, please fix your order fulfillment process... I don't need it overnight but an order placed Monday should be delivered by end of week...

I ordered a 30 inch shear. Bender, roller combo back on 1/16 . Waiting for a delivery,need to back to small panels to get a project of to paint. After calling several times being put on hold. Bearing told I would get a email or a call with tracking number. Finally the supervisor tells me it hasn’t left the wear house yet and it probably ends a few more days. Summit would have had it here in 3 days. Pissed off and awful service. Tim Quillen
I placed an order which was backordered for months, I emailed to cancel and was immediately charged to my card and when I called I was told too late to cancel order. meanwhile no responses to my emails. I will call AMEX to complain
