60 mile trip each way to the Pottstown store as a first time customer. What a BIG let down. Prices on the shelf are more expensive than those advertised on the eastwood.com website, customer service representative Sonya, isn't doing much to keep the customers coming back with her condescending attitude and lack of her own companies product k knowledge. Once bitten, twice shy. Thanks, but no thanks, I'll find another supplier that doesn't want to waste my time and money.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Was unsatisfied with the product, so I have to pay for return shipping which was supposed to be $30 & it was $84 so total of $114 in shipping all to be disappointed in the product, company & customer service. Weren’t willing to work with me on anything!

Their products are superior in cost and quality, I get all my supplies from them. Not only is their product great but so are their YouTube videos I’ve learned almost everything I know about body work from them. I will continue to chose Eastwood for all my projects for years to come. 10/10
