Would not honor warranty on 3 month old tig welder. Refund only or pay almost 400 more to exchange it for the same exact welder. Do not buy anything that could ever need warrantied!

I had received one of their grinder/sanders for Christmas. I was really disappointed when I went to put it together but there were parts missing. I got in touch with their customer service department and told them what I was missing. They got on it, no questions asked and shipped the missing parts by FedEx. I am very impressed with their customer service, and will keep them as a resource for future purchases. Great people!!!
I want to thank Matt and the Eastwood Staff who helped me at the Pottstown PA store last night. They took the time to help me select the fabrication tools and suggested that I add a magnetic mounted light for my metal bead roller. Thanks everyone it was worth the 2 hour ride to this store from SI NY.
