I bought the kit 28187 and the kit 20267 and if I want to use the e die and the j die it does not work even the shaft is too short to install the piece j die and if I try the e die and the f die does not even give it the result shown in the schemas

I have to say that I am disappointed in your company. I am trying to order a powder coating gun and it's back ordered until 3/22/18. You have one in stock at your retail location but they will not ship. This is just a poor policy. How do you expect customers to stay loyal to your company when they can't buy your products??
Bought my 60 series plasma cutter 2 1/2 years ago. Only put a few hours on it and couldn’t get it to work the other day after spending a few minutes on the phone with tech help they decided to have me send it back. They checked it out and sent me a brand new one. Very happy with that kinda guarantee. Thankyou.
1. Don't use a 3rd party customer help desk. 2. Placed order online, finally got a shipping tag and a delivery date but it is like my order never shipped. Still waiting. May be I should have just gone down to Harbor Freight.
The guarantee starts the day you order, no matter how long you wait for the shipment. Waited over 40 days to get my 500. item. yup that is a month off the warranty. Never again.
