RecommendedI've been buying their product since I was 15. Always great products with great prices and quick shipping. That's 25 years of buying and hopefully many more. Honestly a great company to deal with and great products to work with!
I've been trying to get a catalog for over a year. I've requested online twice, and asked through customer service twice. Why is it so difficult to get a catalog to someone that wants to buy products from your company? The customer service reps both told me "we are sending it right out". Never happened. Obviously that's the service I would get if I ordered things from Eastwood.
Made my first purchase with Eastwood. I'm very pleased with the Norton liquid ice and buffing pads I bought and they arrived ahead of the estimated delivery date. Very happy with Eastwood.
This company is garbage! I bought their new scroll compressor and it lasted a week. Now it’s been two weeks and they keep jerking me around about a replacement. Apparently no one in the company keeps notes when it comes to taking care of customer issues, but they were sure to tell me I would be charged for a replacement if I didn’t ship the broken one back promptly. This place has top quality products
I am disgusted in their customer service. I placed an order 6/18 and they still didnt ship it due to one item on back order. I received no notification. I messaged them on facebook 3 times and was given promises and now called today and given same promise. Absolutely horrible that they cant commit to getting it out.
They do not service their welders , so if out of warranty you need to take it to a welder repair shop to have it looked at , then get parts from Eastwood to fix it yourself , I have a tig 200 with very little use that no longer works , (second one, as the first one i received would not work right out of the box) ,out of warranty and no welder repair shop around , they graciously offered to sell me another one at a discount , that way I can have 2 that cant be serviced , save a little more money and by a quality name such as ... read more
