Such poor customer service from such a large company. From conflicting information on their website to their customer support staff's attitude of "oh well", its a shame that with some of their great products they don't really care whether you shop with them or not.

Placed an order a week ago. No communication from them, still not shipped. Canceled order tonight. Had to speak to a supervisor because they said once the order was placed that it could not be canceled. Poor customer service.

I highly recommend eastwood welders. Eastwood is the only company that continues to upgrade and develop better existing products, while not transfering that cost onto the consumer. I have the MIG135 w/spool gun, and the MP200I. I use both machines regularly. Never a problem.
I e been trying for over a week to get answers about 2 on knobs that broke off a 1200 dollar welding machine. so far all I've gotten is the run around. 3 year no hassle warranty.
