RecommendedEastwood got me....they got me!!! lol. Bought their welder/plasma setup with cart for $827+tax (just over a grand Cdn) couldnt find a comparable setup in canada for that price. ordering was quick, easy and efficient. no problems with their order page. will receive it in 7 or 8 days. Will order from Eastwood again.
This company not only sells quality items, but it really cares about it customers. They recently did a VERY nice thing for a handicapped military friend of mine who had lost his shop to a fire. You can buy tools anywhere, but its always best when you buy from a company that cares about the people they sell too.
They are good toolpeople .

Haven't received the powder coating gun I ordered, but it was advertised to be here by Christmas and that is not the case. They took a week to ship it after I ordered it and gave the excuse they had too high of sales to get it shipped on time. So if you want lousy customer service and excuses then I definitely recommend this company.

Ordered over $350 of product and two of the products i used were horrible and were less than satisfactory. I submitted negative reviews for both. I didn't use profanity or disrespect, only gave my experience with the products. I recieved emails for each review stating they didnt meet Eastwood standards and wouldn't be posted. I take this as they are picking and choosing what reviews they want customers to see. Custom service was less than satisfactory as well
I really like all the tools I have from Eastwood. Customer service is great, and the Pottstown is great
I love the energy around Eastwood. Marketing is on point. I love the color blue. I enjoy the company of the employees when I go in there. I am so excited about their new powder gun! Just dying to see it released! You also can’t beat there Eastwood guy videos on YouTube. Thanks for making awesome tools for the DIY guys out here.
