Colleen is wonderful and one of the best landlords ever. The other guy not so much but this is a good place to live. Quiet. Cheap. They care. Everyone minds their business. Loved it here.
Eastgate is one of the best apartments i have lived in. I lived there for 2 years and never did i face any issues there. Maintenance request was always prompt and on time. They are very serious about the cleanliness around the apartment buildings including laundry room, gym room etc. Residents in the building are properly vetted and hence every one was really good! Highly Recommend Eastgate !
The caretaker Jeremy is unprofessional and rude. I will look elsewhere for an apartment. He refused to give me any management number.
Very nice and welcoming staff! Clean apartment and no smell of tobacco.
