The staff at Richmond Hill Dental Wellness were all amazing!! I never stopped laughing and smiling from the time I walked into the door and left. My appointment was prompt and I highly recommend filling out paperwork before time. (Unlike me, I forgot my insurance card). However, Randy took care of me and I was able to obtain it. Office is very clean, music is pleasing, and Doctor Dana and Nurse Andre all were very thoughtful about protecting everyone due to Covid... I had a great visit to Dental Wellness clinic this morning. Everyone I had contact with was very helpful and professional. They seem to take extra effort in ensuring everything was within the COVID-19 guidelines.
I always enjoy coming to the dentist. They make you feel welcome while you are waiting. When you get in the chair they chat with you to put you at eas and listen to any complaints you have. After checking things out they take the time to explain what is going on.
