My hygienist was amazing and so nice
Had to get tooth pulled. Nobody else would see me before nov or just wouldn’t see me. They got me in. Took excellent care of me. Very friendly and caring. Best experience at a dentist in my 49 years of life.
The office staff are upfront and well-versed with different insurances, proficient time management. The office is exceptionally clean; staff professional, personable and knowledgeable. They make life improvements! Mel D is wonderful with office checkout, has a lovely accent and friendly manner. Bruce is helpful and accommodating, always showing his smile. Everytime I come they never disappoint! Everyone is so kind and pleasant. They really care about their patients.
My family and I are new patients here at the Richmond Hill office and it was a great experience. The staff is really friendly and they helped answer any question we had and told us why they were doing certain procedures and what it shows them about our teeth.
