Love the male doctor. He was super helpful and gave me two shots. I returned a couple months later and the female doctor wouldn’t call anything in for my horrific cough.. wouldn’t give me an antibiotic shot, nothing. As urgent care, you’re serving plenty of out of pocket patients. Accommodating them Is why people come to you. Very disappointed.
My experience was with one doctor, so I can’t speak for the others, but based on my “visit” I truly recommend avoiding this place at all cost. Urgent? Yes, urgent to collect your money and get you out of there. Care? Definitely not for you and your wellbeing!

Love this Urgent Care! Always in and out quickly but seen with great compassion! Front desk is always nice and just a great place to go when you need medical care!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I felt rushed through my visit & I felt the Dr. was unconcerned & didn’t fully examine me. I was told my prescription was being sent to the pharmacy & when I noticed the next day that it wasn’t sent, I called & told them this information & was told they’d send it right away. It was NEVER sent & my problem eventually got better on its own without meds! I hate I paid a copay & wasted my time going here. I can not say enough good things about the staff here. They were more than happy to see my daughter when we walked in right before they closed. I was so thankful for their kindness when they were probably very ready to go home. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Happy nurses week to a wonderful set of nurses! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
