Everytime I call to get something fixed or looked at that is supposed to warranted they ALWAYS try and find a way out of fixing it or screwing you over!!! My brand new van broke down the same week I bought it, and I was told that it was fully serviced 110% top-to-bottom! If it was fully serviced and they would have caught the fuel injection problem and it would have been fixed before it even left a lot or somebody was able to purchase the vehicle! RecommendedI will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle! I absolutely loathe car shopping typically, as a single woman, but not this time! The entire team is exceptional, I worked with Joey during the purchase of my Highlander. (Which I love!) I never felt pressured, and he was extremely knowledgeable, the whole process was a pleasure. Without hesitation I would recommend purchasing a car from him. Joey went above and beyond to find me exactly what I needed and wanted all in one. It was a great experience!

I dropped my RAV4 for oil change this morning at 10:30 and also told the guy who took my keys that I want my alternator to be checked because I had suspicious it might be going bad . After two hours of waiting (around 12:30) I went to the same guy that took my car and asked him what’s going on , he told me he doesn’t have an update yet but he’ll check for me . I had a good experience when I bought my car, but my experience with the service department has not been good. You know it's going to be bad when you make the appointment weeks ahead of time and when you drive up they ask YOU if they have the replacement part. Plus little to no communication and the back of my vehicle and 3rd row were a mess when I got the car back.
Their service is horrible. Again. I had to finally go tell them to give me my car because they knew I had an appointment but failed to finish my warranty service in a timely manner. They left my Tundra seats unbolted when I picked it up last. Huge safety hit. I would not recommend them.
