My online sales representative Jake Niland was very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure he searched and found in the end the perfect new Suv for me for the money. I thought going giving me a lift even to the shop to sign and bring home my new purchase was above and beyond most salesmen out there and this was excellent customer service for sure. I just purchased a 2021 Tacoma and the sales experience from Zach and Jason were excellent. I felt at total ease and not pressured to purchase. Mac the finance guy is really good at his job. I highly recommend them.
They were very helpful and good to help you. The person who does the financial part keeps you laughing it was very nice.
I had a Sat., 7:30 service appointment. Drove 1 hour to get there only to find out service dept. had been told Fri. at 2:30 they were closing until Monday. I had called Thurs. & recieved a call Fri. morning to confirm. I did NOT receive a call, text or email to inform me of cancellation. I and the person who followed me there wasted our time and gas. There was a man behind me from Milton who also wasn't informed.
Eastern Toyota is everything anyone could want in a car dealership. They are efficient, and thoughtful and everything in between. Fixed my car and because It was my birthday they bought my breakfast!!
