This is a great store and the in store guys along with the Online/ call in salesman are knowledgeable and helpful. The have really good prices. There website is not the best but they are in the motorcycle business not the internet business.
Great Customer Service !! From the guys you talk to on the phone, guys you meet there at the counter to the guys in the shop. Purchased the 21” Reinforcer Wheel, Tire and fender brackets package. Rolled in at 9:20am and rolled out at 10:20am. Good prices, good technical advice and friendly service. Definitely recommend !! 👍

Snapped the belt on my bike just days before I was supposed to head to upstate NY for Americade. Already skeptical because I always do all the work to my bikes, I decided to take it to them due to recommendations and time constraints on doing it myself. They had a heavy backlog, but they were able to squeeze me in. I dropped it off on a Friday and they called early the following week with it ready to go. Great customer service, quality, and fair prices.

I went there to get a new air cleaner for my bike everyone was very helpful and found me an air cleaner that was way better than what I had at a reasonable price they explained to me in detail how to install it and how to maintain it afterward I went home and installed and my bike hast ran that good in a long time I will most certainly will go back for all of my parts in the future thank you eastern performance you guys are awesome
